Service

All prices correspond to those of shelf prices in shops and restaurants we are working with.

Minimum order amount is €50. We are doing our best to reduce this amount in the future while keeping our delivery service level high.

In case you have forgotten items, you can contact us via chat, email or phone and we will add it to your order in case your basket is not yet collected by your personal shopper.

The orders are packaged in carton boxes, thermal bags and containers.

Payment is done electronically upon confirmation of your order at checkout page. You can pay by credit card. We use Stripe – the best and most secure online payment service.

The service fee is primarily the cost of your personal shopper and helps us provide you with on-demand customer support. The service fee is €7.50 and does not depend on your shopping cart total.

The total amount due will be the price of your basket, a delivery charge of €9.50 (free delivery for orders over €150) and a service fee of €7.50.

Delivery

We deliver 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.

We have one delivery time slot from 10h00 until 20h00. After the order is placed our team will contact you for exact delivery time.

On average we deliver within 60-90 minutes.

All orders received until 16h00 will be delivered the same day until 20h00 to your home.

We offer Free delivery to customers for orders over €150. Unfortunately we cannot reduce this amount at this moment as many shoppers and couriers are involved in collecting your basket.

Currently delivery is carried out mostly in Luxembourg city and to its satellite cities.

You can always place an order for an address outside the city, however you will be charged a higher delivery fee.

We are working hard on extending our delivery area and reducing delivery fee costs.

We provide delivery by our own courier service, equipped with eco-friendly electric bikes for short distances and cars for longer distances, modern equipment, protective helmets, antiseptics, gloves and masks.

Picking and packing, and delivery services may be performed by third parties, which may include retailer personnel, independent contractors, and third party logistics providers.

Our delivery team uses antiseptics, gloves and masks. Our couriers undergo daily temperature control. At your doorstep we respect social distancing.
